The short version
This website is run by Parenting Adult Children Today. We collect what you choose to send us, plus basic information about visits. We do not sell or rent your information.
What we collect
- The quiz. If you take the quiz and enter your details, we receive your first name, your email address, and your quiz result.
- The Clarity Call survey. If you fill in the survey on the program page, we receive your answers, your name, your email address, and your mobile number, and the team uses them to prepare for and confirm your call. Booking a time uses our scheduling provider.
- The contact form. We receive your name, your email address, and your message.
- Visit information. Like most websites, we receive technical information such as your IP address, your browser type, and which pages loaded.
Advertising and analytics, stated plainly
This site loads two measurement tools: the Hyros tracking script and the Google Ads tag. They use cookies and similar technologies to tell us which ads and pages lead people here. If you prefer not to be measured this way, you can block cookies in your browser or use a private window.
Who else touches your information
- Our customer-relationship software, where quiz results and messages are stored so the team can reply.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Hyros and Google, for the measurement described above.
- Testimonial videos on this site are served from our media host and load only when you press play.

The books, the free class, the program application, and our events live on separate websites. Each one has its own privacy notice, and what you enter there is covered by that notice.
If you give us your email address, we may email you about your quiz result and about Catherine's work. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Seeing or deleting your information
Email info@parentingadultchildrentoday.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
